How it works
Vertical Rotary systems, explained.
Pallets hang from a vertical chain loop driven by a motor and reducer. When a user calls a car, the loop rotates in the shortest direction until the pallet reaches the ground position. It is a simple, robust mechanism with a very small footprint.
Needs a compact reinforced foundation and a three-phase supply. Height depends on the number of positions and the car size (sedan or SUV).
Where it fits
- Residential buildings with tiny plots
- Hotels and small offices
- Government and business premises
- Temporary or relocatable parking
Why choose it
- 8 to 20 cars on the footprint of about two bays
- Fast installation, typically 10 to 15 days
- Relocatable steel structure
- Simple operation with keypad, IC card or button
Applications
Vertical Rotary projects

Hotel Side-Lot Upgrade with a Vertical Rotary Carousel
Twelve cars on the footprint of two standard bays, operated by valet staff.
How many cars fit in a rotary parking system?
Our rotary systems hold from 8 to 20 cars per unit, depending on the number of positions and the car size.
How long does a rotary system take to deliver a car?
It depends on how far the loop must rotate. The control system always rotates in the shortest direction.
Can a rotary system be moved later?
Yes. The steel structure is bolted, so it can be dismantled and reinstalled on a new foundation.
